NaturalPath Media, the largest advertising and publisher network for conscious and sustainable lifestyles, is hiring a full-time online advertising operations manager. The person in this position will be responsible for configuring and managing online advertising campaigns for distribution across the premium properties that we represent--and play a key role in implementing, reporting and analyzing our campaigns.

Advertising Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing campaign set-up, including reviewing IOs with internal Sales Reps, acquiring creative assets from agencies & clients, uploading creative and creating campaigns in DFP
  • Creating a variety of analytical, performance and financial reports relating to campaigns
  • Actively managing and optimizing campaigns to assure maximum performance and 100% on-time delivery
  • Liaising with sales and business development teams on all issues relating to campaign delivery
  • Troubleshooting malfunctioning creative, click-through URLs, action tracking, etc.
  • Setting up new online publishers in DFP and creating/distributing ad tags for them
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting discrepancies with third party ad servers
  • Proactively making recommendations to help maximize trafficking productivity
  • Helping to evaluate and implement new ad serving technologies as needed

Qualifications:

  • BA/ BS required
  • Strong proficiency and experience with DFP
  • 1-3 years of experience in online ad trafficking. Digital client services experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Flash, HTML, iFrame/JavaScript, audio/video files, etc.
  • Familiarity with other commercial ad serving systems including Atlas, Google Ad Manager, OpenX, 24/7 Real Media, etc.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Extreme attention to detail. Highly organized, with ability to prioritize and focus.
  • Very proactive with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of and interest in online advertising
  • Demonstrated interest in our sustainable lifestyle vertical and publishers
  • Good sense of humor, work well with colleagues in a team-oriented environment, and are motivated by team achievements.

Ad Sales, Senior Account Executive (East Coast Territory)

Primary Responsibilities:

The Senior Account Executive will sell to both direct clients and interactive agencies. Duties include:

  • Negotiate and sell online advertising, promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Complete RFPs and proposals; follow up on submissions and close business
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with Company executives, brand managers, agencies and media buyers
  • Develop new business accounts through research, prospecting and cold calling
  • Work with our in-house creative team to develop innovative and effective campaigns
  • Oversee existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and renewals
  • Coordinate, manage and resolve account issues (e.g. optimizing campaigns)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years experience in online ad sales
  • Extensive experience selling to branding campaigns to national accounts and agencies
  • Proven ability to increase revenue through sales, client contact and lead prospecting
  • Deep, up-to-date rolodex (ideally in CPG) allowing you to make an immediate impact
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate high-level contacts in accounts and their agencies
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to close
  • Passion for Green/Wellness/Values-based living and a solid knowledge of the segment
  • Good sense of humor, work well with colleagues and are motivated by team achievements and the desire to make a positive difference
