NaturalPath Media is comprised of a highly experienced team of successful Internet media executives and professionals who are trying to make a difference and are passionate about sustainability and healthy living.
We are located in San Francisco and are looking for a highly motivated Publisher Services and Marketing Manager to oversee, nurture and maximize the potential of its network of 200+ publishers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the NPM publisher network, including Sales Force updates and set-up and special publisher projects and dealing with publisher inquiries and issues
- Coordinate and execute communications with publisher network including publisher newsletter and other en masse and individual outreach
- Facilitate new publisher in-take including set-up in Sales Force, contract management/filing and communication of publisher capabilities to sales team
- Collaborate with sales team to update and manage NPM marketing material including media kit and general sales presentations
- Manage editorial updates on NaturalPath.com, NaturalPathMedia.com and the NPM blog. Track progress of efforts in terms of traffic growth
- Track and update key metrics and research for publisher network including audience measurement and trending and industry analysis
- Assist in press relations including press release editing and press outreach
- Support sales team by managing IO’s, capturing and maintaining a screen shot repository of all campaigns, consult with sales force concerning appropriate sites for custom channels, and assist in sales pitch brainstorming and planning efforts
- Identify and research publisher recruiting targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years experience in internet media
- Extremely effective communicator, able to manage client relations with a diverse set of remote (and occasionally hard to pin down) creatives and stakeholders
- Self-starter and extremely motivated, proactively seeking out opportunities to improve the network and how we present it
- Ability to think strategically, but willingness to focus on the details to get things done
- Passion for and knowledge of sustainability and health & wellness segments
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Experience with comScore, Quantcast, Photoshop, online publishing/editorial a plus
- Good sense of humor, work well with colleagues and are motivated by team achievements and the desire to make a positive difference

We’re looking for a seasoned SF-based Account Executive to further develop the West Coast territory. Position will report to the SVP of West Coast Sales & Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and sell online advertising, promotions and marketing campaigns
- Complete RFPs and proposals; follow up on submissions and close business
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with company executives, brand managers, agencies and media buyers
- Develop new business accounts through research, prospecting and cold calling
- Work with our in-house creative team to develop innovative and effective campaigns
- Oversee existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and renewals
- Coordinate, manage and resolve account issues (e.g. optimizing campaigns)
- Minimum of three years experience in online ad sales
- Extensive experience selling branding campaigns to national accounts and agencies
- Deep, up-to-date rolodex with key agency and client direct accounts allowing you to make an immediate impact
- Proven ability to increase revenue through sales and lead prospecting
- Demonstrated ability to initiate high-level contacts in accounts and their agencies
- Strong presentation skills and ability to close
- Good sense of humor, work well with colleagues and are motivated by team achievements and the desire to make a positive difference
